A highlight from AGS opening week!
On Thursday, teachers participated in literacy workshops. The K-2 teachers received hands-on training on the Science of Reading. Teachers were given tools to help their students level up their literacy skills and close skill gaps early. The grades 3-8 teachers learned how to use picture books to engage all students, but particularly those who struggle with traditional "pen and paper" work.
