Employee Intervention - Second Step Written Reminder - This form is used in instances where a staff member/employee does not meet the desired expectations, behaviours, or does not respect rules/code of conduct. This is a written reminder of the intervention that took place during a meeting with the employee. Following this, the Manager must explain the rest of the disciplinary process in case the employee does not follow through with the chosen solutions.
