Maple Tapping Results

"We finished 5 litres of syrup today! We’re still learning the process of finishing the syrup to 7 degrees over the boil point of water while maintaining a 67% Brix concentration (sugar content).


This syrup turned out a nice pale amber colour with a bit of sugar crystal left on the bottom.


The sap collected this morning was a high 5% up 2.5% from last weeks sugar in the sap!


Overall, we’re very happy with the product and can’t wait for everyone to bring home their own bottle to try on their own pancakes!!"
