Student Allowance - Grade 7-8 CMS Students

ATTENTION LISTUGUJ CMS GRADE 7-8 STUDENTS

Student Allowance cheques will be given to students in grades 7-8 attending CMS.

TO BE ELLIGLE YOU WILL NEED TO BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:

You will not receive a student allowance payment unless you complete the following requirements:

1. Submit your attendance records for the months of February through June.

2. Complete an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) form.

3. Attach a void cheque to the EFT form. SEND TO: melina.mitchell@listuguj.ca

Please ensure that the bank account you provide is in your own name and not under any other name.

You can submit your attendance by:

• Emailing it to Anna Smith, Enhancement Manager, at: asmith@lete.listuguj

• Or dropping it off in person at the Education Complex, located at 1 Riverside West.

Please submit no later than Monday June 22, 2026.
