Permission Slip to Leave AGS for Lunch

Dear Parents and Guardians,

If you wish to allow your child to leave school grounds during lunch to visit either Sweetis, Jerome's Store or home, please complete the attached permission slip and return it to the school. Digital and print versions are available.

Please note that all students must return to school on time after lunch. They also need to have finished eating their lunch before returning to class.
