Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)

This year, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) will be delivering their school presentation virtually to grades seven and eight on February 8 and 11, 2022.

This year’s presentation entitled ‘Wrong Turn’ includes information about the dangers and consequences of impaired driving, smoking cannabis, mixing cannabis and alcohol, accepting rides from impaired drivers, peer pressure, alcohol abuse and binge drinking, the emotional toll on friends and families, and the legal and financial consequences. We will also stress the importance of making responsible choices and decisions.
