"Today, the Alaqsite'w Gitpu School honored Chantal Moore. The school was asked to wear yellow in her memory. We started the morning with a prayer from Roseann Martin and then we had passed Marigold flowers to every classroom so they could plant them in from of the school.
This is an opportunity to remember that we don’t always know what other people are feeling. What hardships and challenges that they are experiencing throughout their day or life. We need to bring awareness to all that are having wellness issues and show more kindness and compassion with each other.
