For Culinary this week, after hearing about the passing of community elder Patsy Gray, our group decided to make lasagnas to give to her family.
It has often been said that if you have lived in this community, chances are that Patsy Gray has fed you at one point or another. We offer this small gesture in memory of Patsy because we know it’s something she would have done without hesitation.
