This week in culinary class, the students worked on some Italian items they will be selling at our AGS Makers' Market next week.
The first recipe they made was panna cotta with a blueberry coulis and a panko crumble. If you like vanilla ice cream, you’ll love this!
The second recipe they made, was a mushroom risotto.
