CALLING OUT TUTORS!

A message from Enhancement team,

Currently we have our first cohort of MMIIDP students attending extensive dance training throughout the 2025-2026 school year. 4 Listuguj students that attend SSHS will be training 1 week out of every month in Moncton NB. Please take a look at the following announcement if you are interested in tutoring our students!!

 Mawiamalga’tijig / Mowokahtine is a ground-breaking professional dance program offered through Atlantic Ballet Indigenous. Nine high school students from across New Brunswick will be attending the program beginning in September 2025. Students will be absent from their home schools for one week each month while receiving their dance training. We are seeking tutors to support them during the weeks they are at their home school. 

 Requirements: 

• • 6 and up to 8 hours per month per student from September - May 

• • Tutoring will happen at the school during school hours - times based on students’ schedules. 

• • 1-2 students per session. 

• • Tutors must complete Policy 701 training and undergo a criminal record check. 

• • Remuneration: $30/hr (certified teachers), $22.50/hr (non-certified teachers).
