Listuguj Education Directorate Sneakers and School Supplies Reimbursement will begin Wednesday, July 31st until Monday, September 30th.
Students must be enrolled in elementary or secondary schools full-time, reside in Listuguj, and be listed on the school’s Confirmation of Enrolment (Nominal Roll). Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) requires all students’ files to include a June Report Card and an updated valid ID (status card, Medicare, birth certificate).
PROCEDURE
Reimbursement forms can be picked up at the Education Complex. All original receipts must be attached to the form. Once required documents and receipts are received, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheques will be issued.
Students attending Provincial schools will be reimbursed for sneakers and school supplies. AGS students will be reimbursed for sneakers only. We reserve the right to refuse items that are not considered school supplies.
The maximum amount reimbursed is based on the student’s grade. (See chart)
AMENDMENTS
These procedures shall be reviewed annually and may be amended from time to time. The amendments shall be approved by the Director of Education.
